Asker’s journey began in Stockholm in February 2022 with the idea of challenging the traditional way we do job interviews. The founding team comes from backgrounds in psychology, economics, software development, and marketing. Our team has over 20 years of combined experience working in the HR tech and recruitment industry.
Our time in the industry has taught us that companies face very similar challenges when it comes to how job interviews are conducted. We also know we are not using the interview to its full potential today. We want to change that. Our mission is to truly change the recruitment landscape for both companies and jobseekers through job interviews that are better and more fun for everyone. In the long run, it contributes to a more open and inclusive labor market where everyone is assessed on equal terms.
